1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BeautyBooking, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Platform Use
BeautyBooking provides a marketplace for booking beauty and wellness services. We are not a service provider ourselves we connect customers with independent salon businesses. You must be 18+ years old to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment • Cancellations made 2+ hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund • No-shows may incur a cancellation fee at the salon's discretion • Salons may have their own cancellation policies which will be displayed at booking • BeautyBooking reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of fraud or abuse
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. BeautyBooking charges a platform fee on each transaction. Prices shown include all applicable taxes. By making a payment, you authorize BeautyBooking to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
5. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time and salon policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for complete details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Reviews & Content
Reviews submitted must be honest, based on real experiences, and not defamatory. BeautyBooking reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
BeautyBooking is a technology platform and is not liable for the quality of services provided by salon partners. In case of disputes with a salon, please contact our support team for mediation.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via SMS or email.
