Your information is used to: • Process and confirm your bookings • Send appointment reminders via SMS/WhatsApp • Improve our services and user experience • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security • Comply with legal obligations under Indian law (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023)
3. Data Sharing
We share your information with: • Salon partners only the information needed to fulfill your booking (name, phone) • Razorpay for secure payment processing • AWS for secure data storage • Firebase for push notifications We never sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@beautybooking.in. Payment records may be retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax laws.
